Requirements for Collection of NOTAP Certifiicate of Registration

The Representative of any compnay or Organization coming to collect NOTAP Certificate of Registration upon the registration of a technology Transfer Agreement should bring the following:

1. Letter of Introduction /Authority from the Company or Orgainzation authorizing the representative to collect the certifiicate of registration
2. Official ID Card of the authorized represenattive
3. Passport Photograph of the authorized representative
