Director, Corporate Planning (CP) Department

Mrs. Ojo was born on the 18th of July, 1960 in Ondo Town, Ondo Local Government Area of Ondo State. She attended the famous Ondo High School for her Secondary School and Higher School Certificate education further to which she proceeded to university of Lagos where she obtained a Bachelor degree in Sociology, a Master degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management and an LL.B degree in 1985, 1988 and 2004 respectively. She also attended the Nigerian Law School in Kano for her professional Bar examination following where she was awarded the BL degree and called to the Nigerian Bar in 2005. In her quest to enhance her capacity for improved performance of her duties, she proceeded to the Maastricht University in the Netherlands where she obtained an LL.M degree in Intellectual Property and Knowledge Management.
Mrs Ojo started her working career with the National Office for Technology Acquisition and Promotion (NOTAP) on the 2nd of May, 1990 as an Analyst/Admin Officer and rose to the position of Deputy Director in the then Technology Promotion and Commercialization Department from where she was appointed as the pioneer Director of the Corporate Planning Department on the 1st of December, 2014.
In addition to her academic education, Mrs Ojoi has undergone many capacity development programmes within and outside Nigeria including the Administrative Staff College of Nigeria (ASCON), in Lagos, Nigeria; Centre for Management Development (CMD), Lagos, Nigeria; the then National Centre for Economic and Management Administration (NCEMA), Ibadan, Nigeria, Maastricht School of Management(MSM) in the Netherlands for a post Graduate Diploma in Project Management on Netherlands Fellowship.
She has been a resource person at various national and international fora on Technology Transfer, Intellectual Property Rights, notable among which are WIPO/NIPA, Sofia Bulgaria(2013) and WIPO/CIPTC Beijing China(2010). She has also made outstanding contributions to many publications in the course of her official assignments which include, Manual on Processes and Procedures for Registration of Technology Transfer Agreements and Analysis of Monitoring Visits to Companies in 2010. She also contributed to the publication of two Workbooks in her private capacity. These are, Social Studies Workbook for Primary V & VI, published by Rajah Publishers Limited 1990 in joint authorship with C. O. Odetola and New Pupils Workbook for Primary V & VI, published by Rajah Publishers Limited 1990 in joint authorship with B. Olude and C. O. Odetola.

Mrs Ojo is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) and the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA).
Her special interest is in mentoring and counselling subordinates and the younger ones to build and develop their capabilities for greater achievements, sensitizing the public on intellectual property rights and development of indigenous technology so as to reduce the level of dependence on foreign technology in the country. She also craves for a public organisation that is built on the principles of hard work, honesty, justice, fairness and objectivity tailoring towards achieving organizational goals, individual employee interests and improved social services for the general public .
